Excellence Physiotherapy is a team of English, French, Australian and spanish expert physiotherapists, osteopaths, personal trainers and Pilates instructors working together in London to bring you the best and most advanced physiotherapy, osteopathy and fitness treatments for yourself, your family or your employees on a variety of conditions.

Offering a full range of treatments done by expert physiotherapists and osteopaths for orthopaedic, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women’s health including prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, paediatricphysiotherapy, elderly rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy and corporate physiotherapy.

About this project

The company previously had a website that had been developed over several years with considerable content, however, it was created in html and was not mobile responsive.

With a need to engage an ever growing audience via Tablet and Mobile and the business split across several different disciplines – Home Visits, Physiotherapy for mothers, Babies and more, Trait Media Ltd were commissioned to design and develop a series of new websites in both English and French.

It was important that the websites were easy to update and to manage for the business owner and his in house staff. All the London physiotherapists at Excellence Physio Ltd speak fluently in English and French and so would have some contribution to make to the website over time.

We opted for a WordPress based CMS system with custom coded plugins and a vast array of data capture forms as well as extensive use of newsletter subscriptions and social media integration.

We focused heavily on lead generation throughout the design and development to ensure that the new websites were full of opportunity to engage with perspective clients and inspire interaction.

We ensured that the search engine optimisation was completed from the ground up, in both English and in French to get maximum organic exposure for the websites.

In addition, we cross promoted each website to give ultimate assurance that the websites would reach their maximum potential, resulting in a dramatic increase in leads coming in to the business and giving a swift rise in the search engine ranks to secure London Physiotherpy Ltd a top spot in Google within a very crowded market.
