Carbonflo is a fuel catalyst: outstanding technology that quite simply makes fuel burn more efficiently in petrol or diesel engines – giving better performance, using less fuel and cutting harmful emissions.

Carbonflo was almost certainly the world’s first commercial fuel catalyst product when it first appeared in the 1960’s but the technology dates back long before then.

Carbonflo chemically reformulates fuel as your engine is running.

It’s most important effect is galvanic reaction with water and weak acids in fuel to release additional hydrogen and oxygen.

This gives more controlled, even and complete fuel combustion leading to reduced pollution with extra power per unit of fuel used.

About this project

Trait Media came across the technology at a networking meeting where the founder of Carbonflo, Andrew Knott gave a presentation outlining the benefits and explaining the history of the product.

The company had a web presence but it was generating minimal traffic and minimal interest and so Andrew was keen to develop the website and get the message about his product out to the masses.

Trait Media were commissioned to design and develop a new E-commerce website to sell the product and a brief explanatory video to showcase the product and the technology.

We opted for a WordPress CMS based website, allowing Andrew easy access to develop the site further as the company grew. We developed a simple explanatory video that outlined the benefits of the product and the technology.
